Specialist Dyscalculia Tuition is available for Primary and Secondary aged children, after school on Monday to Thursdays.  Lessons are carefully tailored to ensure that the needs of the pupil are met and that progression is achieved.   Great emphasis is placed upon creating a calm and supportive environment, minimising anxiety and boosting confidence.  Lessons include the use of multi-sensory materials, engaging as many senses as possible in order to make the Maths memorable and to aid recall.  Games are a great way to learn in a multi-sensory way and are a consistent feature in the lessons. 

Primary School Tuition  is available after school  on Monday to Thursdays.  Understanding early Maths concepts is crucial to ensure that there is a solid foundation  on which to build.  Gaps in early understanding can make it difficult to make progress and should be addressed as soon as they arise.  Primary tuition is individually tailored to target and areas of weakness and to help to prepare a solid foundation ready for secondary school.

Secondary Tuition  is available after school on Monday to Thursdays.  Secondary tuition is available for children who are struggling with the transition from Primary to Secondary School and also for those who need help to prepare for their GCSE examinations.
